Answer: No. I am not a contractor. This limits my ability to perform many if not most jobs.

Question: Can you provide Long Term Leasing assistance or Real Estate Sales Services?

Answer: No. I am not a Realtor. I do provide Vacation Rental Services.

Question: What vacation rental services do you provide?

Answer: My primary daily operations are providing services to Established Vacation Rental Companies. Mostly; Cable Company & Internet Troubleshooting. Light Bulb, Propane Tank or other Supplies Restocked/replaced. Guest Conflict Resolution. Snow Removal. Collecting Information for absentee homeowners.

Question: Will I manage vacation rentals at your home?

I provide some homeowners with CO-hosting AirBnB service, and others with Local Contact Service (Placer County only). This is on a case by case basis please give me a call to discuss our options.

Question: What is an AirBnB Co-host?

Answer: With AirBnB Co-Hosting I can provide you with unlimited access to booking inquiries, reservations, calendars to block dates Etc. Bonus if you have not signed up for AirBnB! Besure to contact me first for a referral code.

Question: Can you help me obtain a Placer County Short Term Permit?

Answer: Happy to discuss what you need. I suggest you obtain my Local Contact Person or Co-Host Services. If you are working with an established Vacation Rental Manager, Local Contact, or Realtor please have them give me a call. Group Rates may be available. Fire Extinguishers, Smoke/CO Alarms, Address Labels ready for install.
